We host events with a minimum of 50 guests and a maximum of 180 guests.
What time can we access the venue, and when does the event end?
Exclusive full-day wedding rentals are typically from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to celebrate. You can request additional time or customize this to fit your plans.
Is there on-site parking? How many spaces are available?
Yes! Our venue has 66 on-site parking spaces available for both guests and vendors. Many clients set up a shuttle from the hotel they are suggesting to guests.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
The Carriage House Barn Venue is designed for ADA accessibility to ensure comfort for all guests.
What is the deposit and payment schedule?
A $4,000 deposit secures your date along with a signed contract. A payment plan is created based on the timeline you are planning.
Does Founders Grove allow Outside caterers or Alcohol?
You will be required to choose from our approved caterer list to ensure the highest quality for your event. Alcohol must be served from our licensed in-house bar, with options to customize your selections. No outside alcohol is permitted.
