flower planning FAQ’s
Everything you need to know about planning flowers with BEEHIVE!
How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?
We recommend booking 6–12 months before your wedding.
What flowers are in season?
We aim to find beautiful, seasonal flowers that match your style. Our team will guide you toward the freshest seasonal blooms!
Can wedding ceremony flowers be repurposed for the reception?
Absolutely! Many couples move arch florals to the sweetheart table or repurpose aisle arrangements as cocktail hour décor. With our switch over staffing the transition happens seamlessly so you can enjoy!
What does the staffing and setup fee cover?
Our Florist team will take care of your on-site setup, styling, ceremony-to-reception transitions, and end-of-night clean up, if needed.
Do you work with venues other than Founders Grove?
Yes! While our Beehive Studio is exclusive to Founders Grove clients, our sister company Leigh Florist serves weddings and events throughout New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area.
Where can I see examples of your work before booking?
Follow us on Instagram @leighflorist to see our latest designs, or schedule a consultation to view our full portfolio and discuss your vision.
