Laying the Foundation
February 2025
The construction of the highly anticipated 180-capacity carriage house venue at Founders Grove in Magnolia, NJ, is officially underway! The first critical step in the process has begun: the installation of the construction footings. These footings are the bedrock of the entire project, ensuring that the new venue is built to last.
Footings are essentially the concrete structures that support the weight of the building and help distribute the load evenly across the soil. This process is vital to ensure the long-term safety and durability of the structure, especially for a venue of this scale. The construction team has been carefully preparing the site, leveling the ground and ensuring that everything is in place before pouring the concrete footings.
At Founders Grove, the team is committed to creating a state-of-the-art venue that blends with the surrounding environment. The footings will be placed with precision to ensure the building is supported while preserving the natural landscape of the six-acre property.
This initial phase marks a major milestone in the project and paves the way for the upcoming construction stages. As the footings are set in place, the vision for the new carriage house venue begins to take shape. It’s a pivotal moment for Founders Grove, and the foundation is now firmly in place for the venue to come to life.
